Five Guys in Sandy

Good service. But it's too expensive for this value. A bacon burger costs more than $8. Its quality only deserves $5~6. I would recommend JCW. Their burger is much better, but lower cost.

The food is pretty dang expensive compared to other burger places but it is definitely good quality. They have tons of options of what you can put on your burger and tons of options of things you can put in your milk shake. They also have a large variety of drinks in their fountain machine. The fries are expensive but they come with a lot so you get your money’s worth. The restaurant was clean and we got our food quickly.

When entering my lunch break, the gentleman working there greeted me with very genuine enthusiasm, we're extremely prompt and courteous. They completed my order very quickly and it was delicious, will most definitely come back again.

As always, great food. Got some really great employees around 6pm, very energetic and respectful!

Five Guys is a great place for a burger and fries. Their fries are so amazing! I recommend getting the smallest size and sharing it with the family because they basically give you an entire bag of fries when you order one small fry. They also have lots of toppings you can add to your burger for free!The restaurant is always clean and they have buckets of peanuts for you to snack on while waiting for your burger which they cook out in the open for you to see. Highly recommend!

Came in and paid almost 80$ for 5 meals and they got 2 of the 5 wrong.... thanks.

Burger was great as always and the jalapenos are spicy as hell. Always get the bacon double cause of course and the fries are always good. Service was quick and not a single problem so exactly what you expect from a fast food burger place

This place is great. Like all places, though... Some days, some staff, some supplies are better/fresher/tastier. This location in Sandy is as good as any. Today, there was the gal taking orders... Kept picking at her lips while talking with customers. It was kinda gross, but the guys in back making the food were gloved and clean. Overall good service and good food.

There is nothing amazing about five guys, they dont have a secret sause or anything that makes them unique but they have constantly good food. They have the kind of burger you could eat every week. Good comfort food.

The Best Burgers Ever! And always a nice experience going there, I personally rather go to this place than every other Fast-food burgers.

Usually really like this place. They did a good job. Are friendly and fast. The food is great. My husband loves the hot dogs. The burgers are great. You get a ton of fries. The shakes are a little thin. I would normally give 4 or 5 stars but this visit they left off the grilled onions and mushrooms on the hot dogs. That's what my husband loves so only 3 stars.

They smashed my bun real flat and put their finger prints in my bun when they wrap it in the tin foil. But they did give me a decent amout of fries!

Fast service. I've been here twice. Both times I placed online orders since I wanted to grab it quickly during the lunch rush. My order was completed quickly as I arrived to pick it up. No complaints. The staff was nice and even though it looked like they had a bizillion orders they were doing great!

Best burger place. Period. Others talk about In-N-Out Burger and Red Robin but nothing seems to taste nearly as good as five guys.

Ugh, just leaving this review makes me crave the burgers here! I think Five Guys is going to be pretty much the same across all the locations, but I really like the staff here. They are very friendly and get the orders done fast. They are always willing to change the order or do things differently whenever you ask. Love this location and plan on being back soon!

Ridiculous prices for the level of quality they serve! Toppings are stacked instead of spread out evenly. The cheese is almost still whole, not melted. The burger is smashed together. All I'm saying is if I'm paying $8 for just the burger it better be good.

I love that you can order lettuce wrapped burgers! It's a great gluten free option. The burgers are always delicious and the toppings really complement them. And the fries are amazing!!

What a joke tried to order online no option to pay cash when we pick up We will be taking all our business to SmashBurger (better food anyway) This Credit Card only mentality is Totally Prejudice against poor people, colored people and my people.... :-(

The crew are just most amazing people you can meet and unlike any other fast food franchise children are encouraged to spill and make a mess just eating their burger. The milkshakes are just a drink from the gods! The place is always clean. The burgers-what they are famous for are just a slice of heaven the next time I come their my belly will be full and I will have a excellent meal.

My family was in the mood for good, 'restaurant quality' hamburgers last Sunday evening, and we were delighted to find this place was open. A client of mine recommended Five Guys for their gourmet cheeseburgers, delicious shakes, and overly generous portions of fries. They did not disappoint! These burgers are freshly made, grilled to perfection, are deliciously customizable, and have a mouthwatering variety of toppings. The impressive portions of fresh fries you'll find overflowing in your bag, paired with their phenomenal fry sauce are sure to satisfy that fancy fry craving. 4 chocolate Milk shakes, 4 orders of fries, 4 fountain drinks, and 4 (small 1/4lb) cheeseburgers later---our bill was just over $60. Definitely delicious, but priced a little to high for my taste. Now that I'm privy to the generous portions, next time I'll order accordingly to better suit my budget. Overall, the food was fantastic, and the service was superior! 5 Stars for Five Guys!!:)

My experience here was below what I expected going in. Paid $35 for two burgers, some fries and only 1 shake. Next time I will go to In N Out or Freddy's as I can get more for less, and in my opinion... The quality is better at both of those locations than here. Sloppily put together, overpriced, and not worth it for me to come back. Sorry guys...

I LOVE Five Guys, and the location here in Sandy is my favorite one. It’s always clean and the ketchup and fry sauce are always stocked - the little things 🤗The Sandy crew delivers the most consistent quality service and food of all other locations I’ve tried. They’re fries are perfect and always fill the bottom of the bag! One of the tastiest burgers ever. Thanks guys!!

How do we stay sane during month 4 of self-isolating the family? Get some burgers. This location did a decent job with ability to order ahead and have order ready relatively quickly. The loud music it made it difficult to communicate through face coverings, and there wasn't a big enough waiting area. I didn't love having to come inside to pickup, but I get it. Store appeared to be clean, staff was friendly, they had alternating tables closed for seating. Having burgers(that I didn't have to make!) on our patio at home was a pretty great break for all of us.

A visit to our local Five Guys is always a real treat for me and my kids. Our favorite local go to burger & shake place! Friendly staff. Hot, delicious food. For all the Brits out there... just bring along HP sauce and Five Guys provide the salt, malt vinegar and perfect chips! (Best I've found in this country!) Order the fries/chips (enough to feed 2 or 3 people). The burgers are well done and juicy not overdone. You can add any topping you like as everything is made fresh when you order it and they even do lettuce wraps... perfect! Our favorite shakes are Oreo Cookie with Oreo Cream and Chocolate/ Peanut Butter/ Banana. A little pricey but I would rather eat out less, save up and treat ourselves to the very best! Totally worth it.

I’ve been to this Five Guys 5 or 6 times and every time the fries are soggy. Kind of a big deal since the Cajun fries are my favorite part about Five Guys.

Great execution of a great burger chain. Friendly staff (the person calling the orders asked me if 19 was mine because I wasn’t paying attention). The older woman taking the orders was fast and kind. The food was great as always.

Five guys is one of my favorite places to get a hamburger all the way and fries with malt vinegar. It’s fast food and it is always good at least for me. The cashier was super friendly so that always makes for a great experience.

We had an awesome experience! I was having a rough day trying to work from home without childcare, so I brought my laptop into the restaurant to work. I was struggling a bit with both of my kids but the staff was so nice. The guy at the counter saw that my son's water cup was leaking and got me a cup while he was talking with another customer without skipping a beat or interrupting his conversation with the other customer. The food 2was great too! Excellent!
